Key Responsibilities: Identify and implement process improvements across transportation operations, manage innovation projects, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and service quality. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and continuously refine operational systems.

Skills & Tools: Strong project management, process improvement methodology (Lean/Six Sigma preferred), data analysis and visualization, cross-functional leadership, and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and change management capabilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of process improvement or operations experience. Proven track record leading successful improvement initiatives in a complex operational environment.

Compensation: $95K–$135K/yr (estimated)
