Key Responsibilities: Define and execute growth strategy across D2C and B2B channels, manage full-funnel campaign optimization across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and search platforms, and build/lead a team of growth marketers. Own budget allocation, ROI accountability, funnel conversion optimization, and cohort performance analysis to maximize growth metrics.
Skills & Tools: 8+ years of growth marketing experience with hands-on expertise in scaling paid social and search campaigns, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, and proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and lead high-performing teams.
Qualifications: Leadership experience in high-growth startups with preference for EdTech or mission-driven D2C industry background. Strong track record of defining growth strategy and optimizing customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and retention metrics.

Compensation: $180Kβ$210K/yr
