Key Responsibilities: Develop medical training content, design learning programs, and deliver onboarding and continuing education to veterinary team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and supports career progression.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in veterinary medicine combined with instructional design and learning & development program management. Strong communication, project management, and ability to translate complex medical concepts into effective training materials.

Qualifications: Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential with veterinary medicine expertise and demonstrated experience in learning and development or training program management. Background in healthcare education or corporate training preferred.

Location: In-Person - Available in 3 locations

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on LVT credential, learning and development focus, and Chewy's market position.
