Skills & Tools: Licensed Behavior Specialist certification in Pennsylvania, expertise in functional behavior assessments and ABA principles, knowledge of IBHS regulations, strong communication and supervisory abilities. Must demonstrate physical capability for extended standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and engaging with children on the floor.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field with minimum 3 years experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities. Requires at least 1 year conducting functional behavior assessments and 1,000 hours clinical experience with behavioral or autism spectrum disorders.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Compensation: $65K–$85K/yr
