When InterVarsity launched the 2030 Calling in 2017, our best data revealed that there were approximately 1,300 campuses in the country with enrollments of at least 1,000 students but without a known gospel witness– a number that represented roughly 50% of the campuses in the country. Gen Z is curious and open to exploring their faith, but they need someone to guide them. InterVarsity wants to reach the campus with the Good News, disciple students through Scripture and service, and equip them as leaders and tomorrow’s world-changers. If you have a heart for students and faculty — one of the most strategic callings you could ever pursue — join our team! Serve on campus, in our national offices, at our publishing firm (InterVarsity Press), or in national leadership roles.
