Role Snapshot

Associate role supporting Macmillan Learning's Direct-to-Consumer Marketing & Ecommerce team, coordinating campaigns, managing workflows, and executing email marketing initiatives to drive visibility and conversion for book sales.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily D2C marketing operations and campaign workflows across ecommerce platforms and email marketing; support product listings, campaign calendars, performance analysis, and asset coordination to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Skills & Tools: 1–2 years marketing or ecommerce experience with proficiency in CRM and ecommerce platforms (HubSpot, Shopify); strong organizational skills, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving mindset; familiarity with project management and analytics tools is a plus.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of marketing or ecommerce experience required; experience in publishing or consumer marketing is preferred.
Location: New York, New York
Compensation: $55K–$58K/yr
