Role Snapshot

The Learning and Development Specialist at American Student Assistance will develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous growth within this mission-driven nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include assessing organizational learning needs, designing and delivering blended learning programs across the employee lifecycle, managing the Learning Management System, and measuring program effectiveness through metrics and feedback analysis.
Skills & Tools: Candidates should have 8–10 years of learning and development experience, proficiency with Learning Management Systems, strong communication and facilitation skills, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include professional certification in learning and development, experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations, and familiarity with leadership development initiatives.
Compensation: $115K–$157K/yr
