Role Snapshot
Professional Learning Manager at Newsela designs and delivers tailored professional development for K-12 educators to enhance product engagement and user satisfaction. The role involves serving as a PL consultant to district accounts and creating customer-specific learning experiences across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities: Execute high-impact professional learning sessions (live virtual, asynchronous, in-person) tailored to district needs and collaborates with sales teams to drive product adoption. Design, revise, and scale learning materials while gathering customer insights to inform instructional goals and product engagement objectives.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in developing and leading professional learning with compelling delivery and engagement tactics; strong relationship-building and communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders. Data-driven decision making and ability to tailor content to diverse educator needs.
Qualifications: 3+ years of K-12 teaching experience with at least 5 years of professional learning expertise required. Master's degree in education is preferred, along with a passion for innovative educator support.

Compensation: $70Kβ$95K/yr
