Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee transfer activity to DC3, monitor LTL and FTL shipment movements between buildings, execute wave functions to identify and clear trailers with unscanned LPNs, and assist with trailer unloading and product gridding. Support freight flow efficiency through system tracking and communication with operational teams.

Skills & Tools: Experience with transfer processes, trailer management, inventory movement, outbound operations, and wave management. Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Qualifications: Previous experience working with transfer processes, trailer management, or inventory movement in a logistics or warehouse environment. Familiarity with outbound operations and wave management systems preferred.

Compensation: $28K–$36K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Transfer Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operation, execution and movement of freight between facilities. The position helps ensure timely trailer processing, accurate inventory movement and proper coordination of transfer-related workflows across departments and buildings.

Applicants should have experience working with transfer processes, trailer management or inventory movement. The ideal candidate also has familiarity with outbound operations and wave management.

A day on the job looks like this:

Coordinating and overseeing transfer activity to DC3 as needed
Monitoring and tracking transfer movements for both LTL and FTL shipments between buildings
Executing wave functions to identify and clear trailers containing unscanned LPNs for both grid and non-grid processes
Assisting with unloading transfer trailers and gridding products as operational needs require
Ensuring transfer accuracy through proper system tracking and communication with operational teams
Supporting overall flow of freight to maintain operational efficiency and service expectations
