Role Snapshot
Instructional Designer at McGraw Hill responsible for creating innovative digital and curriculum solutions for K-12 literacy programs (grades 6-12) used by millions of educators and students worldwide. This remote position focuses on designing high-quality educational content and tools within a collaborative, Agile-driven environment.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in digital content development tools, strong project management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and proven ability to work effectively within Agile frameworks. Experience with instructional design principles, user testing, accessibility compliance, and cross-functional collaboration required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field with 2-4 years of experience in digital content development for educational materials, preferably including teaching experience in grades 6-12. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
Location: Illinois
Compensation: $54,550 β $65,000 / annually
