Role Snapshot
Associate Partner on the Teaching Reimagined team at NewSchools, a venture philanthropy organization, to advance innovative solutions for effective teaching by managing research partnerships and enhancing educator support across a portfolio of ventures.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and support research partnerships focused on teacher thriving measurement frameworks, coordinate data collection activities, facilitate venture learning around impact drivers, and translate insights into strategy refinements and field-facing communications. Set annual venture support vision, source technical experts, and oversee communities of practice enabling ventures to learn from each other.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, strategic thinking, and communication skills; experience in education effectiveness; ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and manage external partnerships in collaborative environments.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in entrepreneurial environments with demonstrated success managing external partnerships or similar projects; passion for equity in education preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $120K–$150K/yr
