Role Snapshot

The Impact Director will lead strategic partnerships with school districts in Florida, driving literacy outcomes through AI technology while managing a dedicated portfolio of districts and ensuring revenue growth and long-term partnership health.

Key Responsibilities: Own overall health and commercial outcomes for regional districts, build trusted-advisor relationships with district executives, lead the Impact Pod team, mitigate customer risks, demonstrate ROI through business reviews, and drive renewal and expansion strategies.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional executive presence and communication skills comfortable presenting to C-level audiences, strong team leadership and management experience, and deep understanding of K-12 education systems including funding cycles and decision-making processes.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or school district leadership with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects in a SaaS environment. Preferred network of regional educators at C-suite level and willingness to travel 50% and live in the territory.
Location: Florida
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
