Summary
Handshake seeks a Training and Development Specialist to evaluate AI-generated content related to workforce training and instructional design in a flexible, remote contract role. This position contributes to improving AI's understanding of professional learning and development practices.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate AI-generated training content, provide structured feedback, develop learning-related prompts, and assess responses for accuracy and contextual understanding. Work independently on asynchronous tasks with flexible hours, averaging 5-20 hours per week.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of instructional design techniques, training needs assessment, and training effectiveness evaluation; excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented abilities; capable of working independently.
Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Training and Development Specialist, L&D professional, Instructional Designer, or related role. Experience should include developing training materials, assessing training needs, evaluating training delivery modes, and monitoring program effectiveness.
Location: Remote (work from anywhere); position based in San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $75/hour
