Lead Designer to spearhead creative and instructional design initiatives for Academian's e-learning solutions, leading a team of designers while developing engaging digital learning content across various platforms and educational sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead design strategy and team mentorship for interactive e-learning content development, ensuring compliance with design standards and accessibility guidelines. Translate complex educational concepts into compelling visual narratives using Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
Skills & Tools: 6-8 years of e-learning design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate. Strong expertise in UX/UI design, visual storytelling, LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas), instructional design principles, and team leadership with excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 6-8 years of design experience with significant focus on the e-learning industry and proven track record of leading design teams. Demonstrated expertise in interactive learning content design, LMS platforms, accessibility guidelines, and digital learning best practices.

Job Description
Role Overview -
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Designer with a strong background in the e-learning domain to lead our creative and instructional design efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design standards, storyline development, and a deep understanding of various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Required Skillset -
6-8 years of experience in design, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.
Expertise in designing interactive and engaging learning content .
Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
Strong understanding of design standards, accessibility guidelines, and instructional design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong abilities with experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices for digital learning environments.
Expertise in visual storytelling, layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency across media formats.
Experience designing for digital learning, and multimedia content
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar tools.
