Summary
Drive enterprise customer success and adoption of Echo360's learning and compliance platform by managing a portfolio of large-scale corporate accounts and fostering strategic relationships with L&D, IT, and operational leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor to help enterprise clients maximize ROI and overcome workforce challenges in high-churn industries.
Key Responsibilities: Manage enterprise account portfolios, develop retention and expansion strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, and provide data-driven insights on product adoption and ROI. Lead product training sessions, analyze usage patterns, and collaborate across customer organizations to drive top-down and bottom-up adoption strategies.
Skills & Tools: Enterprise SaaS account management experience, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, technical proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, and deep understanding of LMS platforms, compliance training requirements, and industries with high workforce turnover.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS customer success and account management within enterprise environments. Familiarity with industries such as QSR, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and technology is highly valued.

Compensation: $80K–$100K/yr
