Summary

A summer internship with Strada Education Foundation's Postsecondary Education Team focused on connecting education to employment opportunities across the U.S. Interns will gain hands-on experience in program design, grants management, research, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities: Support research initiatives, assist in enhancing access to quality postsecondary education, engage in program management, and contribute to grants management. Interns may work across three teams: Affordability, Quality Coaching, or Research and Analysis.

Skills & Tools: Strong communication skills, proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and a passion for equitable education opportunities. Quick learning ability and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications: Candidates must be at least one year out of high school and currently enrolled in a postsecondary program. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with excellent organizational skills is required.

Location: Hybrid in Washington, District of Columbia, United States (in-office on Tuesdays and one additional department-specific day)

Compensation: $22.75/hour – $25.00/hour (undergraduate $22.75/hour; graduate $25.00/hour)
