Role Snapshot

Sales Development Representative at Branching Minds driving partnerships with school districts to enhance RTI/MTSS practices in K12 education. This fully remote role focuses on pipeline generation and scheduling high-quality meetings with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly KPIs including qualified meetings and pipeline generation, schedule meetings with school districts through outbound tactics (cold calling, emailing, social selling), and develop account-based prospecting strategies with targeted research and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales and marketing strategies, manage inbound leads, and attend territory conferences (~10% travel).
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, writing, and drafting skills with experience in sales and pipeline building processes. General understanding of EdTech, ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced startup environments, and familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot CRM.
Qualifications: Previous experience in EdTech, education, or related industries with demonstrated ability to contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation. Must be comfortable with dynamic, intrinsically-motivated startup culture and show humility and empathy for prospect challenges.

Compensation: $76K–$81K/yr
