The Learning Operations Specialist leads day-to-day learning administration operations at Accenture, ensuring efficient delivery of learning services, SLA adherence, quality assurance, and effective coordination between learners, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Learning Admin Associates, oversee end-to-end learning administration activities including scheduling, enrollment, tracking and reporting, ensure SLA and compliance adherence, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of L&D operations and shared services delivery, hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems, advanced MS Excel proficiency, people management capabilities, stakeholder communication skills, and knowledge of Australian compliance and data privacy norms.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 7-11 years of experience; certifications in HR, Learning & Development, or Operations are advantageous. Must be available for Australian shift timings (9 am to 5 pm AEST).

What would you do? • The Learning Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading day to day learning administration operations.
