Role Snapshot
HR Coordinator role at Amii (a leading Canadian AI institute) supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, and HRIS implementation during a 6-month term. The position enables the People & Culture team to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment logistics and onboarding experiences, manage employee data and benefits administration, support HRIS system implementation, and provide general HR administrative support across operations and reporting.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-service mindset, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and quick learning capability with new systems and tools.
Qualifications: Certificate or diploma in Human Resources or Administration with at least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support roles. Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, HRIS/payroll systems, and benefits administration preferred; high-growth environment experience is an asset.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Compensation: CA$55K–CA$75K/yr
