Role Snapshot

Lead the utilities and infrastructure management for Western Governors University's real estate operations. Oversee planning, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems and physical infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily utilities operations, infrastructure maintenance, and vendor relationships while developing and implementing strategies for system optimization and sustainability. Supervise maintenance staff, monitor utility consumption, budget forecasting, and capital improvement projects.
Skills & Tools: Requires expertise in utilities management, infrastructure systems, budget analysis, and project management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field with 7+ years of utilities/infrastructure management experience. Proven track record managing large-scale utility systems and leading cross-functional teams.
