Partner Success Associate APAC
FeedbackFruitsRole Snapshot
Partner Success Associate role supporting universities and higher education institutions across APAC in adopting the FeedbackFruits platform. The position focuses on driving genuine platform adoption, faculty engagement, and student learning outcomes while building strong relationships with academic stakeholders.
Job Description
Hi, I'm Catherine, Partner Success Team Lead at FeedbackFruits. π
We work with universities and higher education institutions across the APAC region, helping them genuinely adopt the FeedbackFruits platform. Not just get it deployed, but actually change how their faculty teach and how their students experience learning. It's work that sits at the intersection of technology, pedagogy, and real human relationships, and it requires someone who's as comfortable running a faculty training workshop as they are digging into adoption data or troubleshooting an LMS configuration. I love this work and I love the team we've built to do it in APAC. We've grown, and that growth means we need more capacity and more expertise on the ground.
I'm looking for a Partner Success Associate who can take real ownership of a set of accounts from day one. A typical week might involve running onboarding sessions for faculty and instructional designers at a Sydney university, reviewing adoption metrics ahead of a quarterly check-in, supporting a pilot implementation at a new institution, or attending a regional conference on behalf of FeedbackFruits. The work is varied, and so are the people you'll work with, from heads of faculty and LMS administrators to instructional designers and senior leadership at some of the region's leading institutions. You'll work closely with me and our senior team on renewal and upsell strategy, and you'll be the internal voice for what APAC partners actually need.
For someone who's a year or two into their career and looking to grow quickly, this kind of role is genuinely a rare opportunity. You'll interact with experienced academic stakeholders, contribute to commercial conversations, and be part of a tight-knit international team that moves fast and takes pride in doing good work without waiting for permission. APAC is a priority for FeedbackFruits, and this role grows with the region.
What you'll do:
Run platform onboarding sessions and training workshops with faculty, instructional designers, and LMS administrators at partner universities, tailoring every session to the audience in the room
Support LMS configuration and the technical set-up of FeedbackFruits tools across your account portfolio, navigating different platforms and troubleshooting independently
Prepare adoption data summaries and usage reports that turn raw numbers into clear insights and actions
Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support on partner conversations, renewal discussions, and product feedback loops, making sure the APAC perspective is always in the room
Drive pilot implementations from initial setup through to conversion, keeping complex, multi-stakeholder projects moving against firm timelines
Escalate partner issues to Support and Product and act as the APAC perspective internally, making sure what you're hearing in the field shapes how the team works
Travel to partner campuses, regional conferences, and company gatherings in Amsterdam, representing FeedbackFruits in every room you walk into
What you bring:
You have at least a year of experience in a client-facing role, whether that's customer success, L&D, event management, hospitality, or something similar, and you know what it means to deliver quality work under deadline pressure
You're genuinely curious about how institutions work and how people learn; you ask good questions and use the answers to adjust your approach
You can run a room. Whether it's a small faculty session or a full training for an instructional design team, you communicate clearly and adapt your delivery to whoever you're talking to
You're self-directed and a natural problem-solver who digs for root causes rather than settling for surface fixes. You're comfortable in ambiguity, you'd rather explore a new platform and figure it out than wait to be shown, and you know to Google first and ask later
You take ownership without needing to be chased. When you say you'll follow up, you do, and the people who rely on you feel the difference
You bring warmth and positive energy to every partner interaction. It's just how you are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field, with excellent written and spoken business English; experience in higher education or EdTech, or familiarity with an LMS like Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Brightspace is a genuine plus, as is an additional APAC language
You're based in Sydney or Melbourne, and you're willing and able to travel to partner institutions across the region, to conferences, and to Amsterdam for company gatherings
What you get:
25 days of annual leave
3 days volunteering leave per year
AUD $900 Learning & Development budget per year as well as 3 days paid leave for learning purposes
A day off for your birthday
Unlimited access to mental health support with OpenUp service (within the EU, US, and AUS)
12% superannuation contribution on top of base salary
Annual on-target-variable bonus: 20% of annual salary
Annual salary: AUD $70,000 plus superannuation
Fully remote (Australia-wide). We do have a preference for Sydney or Melbourne-based candidates given where our partners and your future manager are, and you'll occasionally need to overlap with our Amsterdam team during European business hours. But we will go through every application!
We donβt provide visa or sponsorships for this role, so you will need to have full working rights in Australia!
