Role Snapshot
Technical Account Manager for a major enterprise client in the Greater Toronto Area, serving as the primary technical advisor and trusted C-level partner to shape the client's multi-year IT strategy. Drive long-term partnership growth by aligning CDW's technology solutions with the client's business objectives.
Skills & Tools: Extensive IT experience with broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and software domains. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage both technical teams and C-level stakeholders, combined with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field required with 10+ years of IT experience in customer-facing roles. Industry certifications are preferred.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$180K–CA$252K/yr
