Role Snapshot

Regional Vice President leading a cross-functional Customer Success and Development team at Amplify Education, responsible for managing ~500 small accounts across inside regions. The role bridges commercial account health with educational impact, driving student outcomes, retention, and regional revenue growth.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in customer success operations, leadership of large teams, financial acumen, and proficiency with CRM tools (Gainsight, Salesforce). Experience designing or operating pooled, tech-touch, or hybrid models for high-volume accounts, with demonstrated ability to manage implementation at scale across diverse customer types.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of management experience in Customer Success or related field. Proven track record managing high-volume account models with strong understanding of customer implementation needs and successful cross-functional partnership.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $180Kโ€“$205K/yr
