Medical Education Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing ENT education across Emerging Markets, working closely with international stakeholders, healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. Based in Warsaw, you will drive impactful learning experiences that support safe and effective use of innovative technologies, helping healthcare professionals progress from awareness to excellence. What will you be doing? In this role, you will take ownership of Medical Education across a diverse and dynamic Emerging Markets region. From concept to execution, you will design and deliver engaging educational programmes that truly make a difference to healthcare professionals and ultimately patients. You will collaborate with global teams, commercial and marketing colleagues, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and translate them into meaningful educational strategies. Whether delivering virtual sessions, hands on training, or large scale symposia, you will ensure every programme is impactful, scalable and aligned to business priorities. Your work will also involve building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies, ensuring Smith+Nephew remains at the forefront of ENT education. By leveraging data, insights and feedback, you will continuously improve programme effectiveness and drive innovation in how learning is delivered across multiple markets. This is a highly international role that includes regular travel across Emerging Markets to support programme delivery, engage with faculty and stakeholders, and represent Smith+Nephew at key educational events and congresses. Travel is expected to be approximately 35 to 50 percent, offering you the opportunity to work closely within different healthcare systems and cultures. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role comes from combining strong programme management expertise with a passion for education and collaboration. You will thrive in a fast paced, global environment where influencing and stakeholder engagement are key. Experience in medical technology or medical device industry, with exposure to medical education or programme management Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design impactful education strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regions and cultures A data driven mindset, with the ability to evaluate programme effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 159,500 PLN - 239,250 PLN gross annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness. You. Unlimited.
