Summary

Support online college entrepreneurship courses as a Teaching Assistant, fostering student engagement and academic success for 30-40 students over 11-week terms. Play a key role in mentoring diverse, historically underserved students and building meaningful relationships within an instructional team.

Key Responsibilities: Grade assignments, mentor students, lead discussion sections, host weekly office hours, and communicate regularly to provide timely feedback and academic support. Help students stay motivated, develop professional skills, and build strong academic habits throughout the course.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and digital literacy skills with comfort using learning management systems and video conferencing platforms. Passion for student success and ability to mentor, coach, and engage students effectively in an online learning environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or related field, and/or active experience working in a startup or business development role. Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students required.
