Summary

Oxbridge by WorldStrides is recruiting dynamic team members for multiple seasonal roles supporting educational programs for middle and high school students (ages 13-18) at locations in Oxford, Cambridge, Paris, Barcelona, and New York City during summer 2026.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities vary by role but include designing and teaching courses, managing program logistics as a Program Dean or Director, coordinating activities, assisting with program administration, and creating engaging experiential learning experiences for international student groups.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, organizational and leadership competencies, subject matter expertise (for faculty roles), and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in fast-paced educational environments.
Qualifications: Candidates should have relevant educational background or professional experience in education, program management, or their subject area; enthusiasm for working with high school students and cross-cultural communication is essential.
Location: Multiple locations: Oxford and Cambridge (England), Paris (France), Barcelona (Spain), and New York City (United States)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $18,000 – $28,000/year for entry-level seasonal positions (Program Assistant, Activities Director) and $24,000 – $35,000/year for mid-level seasonal roles (Program Dean, Executive Coordinator), based on title, seniority, and location in the United States and Europe.

About Oxbridge by WorldStrides

Oxbridge Academic Programs leads programs in England, at Oxford and Cambridge, and in Paris, Barcelona, and New York City. We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated team players who can help create and run enjoyable programs for 8th through 12th grade students, 13-18 years old.

Working with Oxbridge Academic Programs is an excellent way to share your knowledge and enthusiasms with passionate students in one of five dynamic locations around Europe and the United States. Each year, we recruit new instructors to design and teach our courses and administrations to serve as Program Deans, Program Assistants, and Activities Directors.
