Role Snapshot
Lead evidence-based learning initiatives and organizational leadership strategy at The College Board. Drive transformational impact through research-informed programs and leadership development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement evidence-based learning frameworks and leadership programs that drive organizational effectiveness. Oversee research initiatives, program evaluation, and the translation of evidence into actionable organizational practices.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in evidence-based research methodologies, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and ability to influence stakeholders across complex organizational environments.
Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in education, organizational development, psychology, or related field with 12+ years of progressive leadership experience. Demonstrated success in building evidence-based programs and driving organizational change initiatives.
