Represent Jenzabar at regional conferences, develop strategic relationships with senior contacts, and leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to understand higher education industry dynamics. Experience with client service, account management, and sound judgment in applying AI-enabled tools while maintaining data privacy and ethical standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with background in higher education and 2+ years of client service experience (preferably in higher education software or related field). Prior experience as Account Manager for a higher education-focused company is a plus.

Compensation: $52K–$70K/yr

Job Description

Jenzabar is looking for a Client Success Manager that has a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service (through Jenzabar or an outside institution or company) with 2+ years of experience. The primary territory would include Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, as well as a few schools in Indiana and Oregon. Ideal candidate would be located in or around Boston, MA or the New England area.

Essential Tasks

  • Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between organization and clients
  • Leverage data captured in other areas of Jenzabar to personalize and address client’s needs and ROI
  • Client Service training for continuous improvement
  • Visit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with senior level contacts
  • Integral part of strategizing on accounts with Account Executive & Sales Manager to establish future sales
  • Collects feedback on how products are meeting the needs of the client and identifying how this can be improved
  • Represent Jenzabar at related regional conferences within your territory
  • Deeper level of understanding of our 3rd party relationships and opportunities & positioning
  • Visit clients on campus annually
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate
  • Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Ability to travel 50-75%

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background in Higher Education – understand industry
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education Space is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

The pay range for this position is $52,000-$70,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
