Summary

Hazel Health seeks a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual evidence-based teletherapy services to children ages 0-17 in Virginia and other states. This part-time, flexible position helps expand access to high-quality mental health care for K-12 students through school districts and health plans.

Skills & Tools: Comfortable with virtual therapy delivery and technology in clinical practice. Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches.
Qualifications: Master's-level therapist independently licensed in Virginia (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) with clinical experience in child and family psychotherapy. Must maintain active license in the state where services are provided.
Location: Remote from Virginia; also available in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA

Candidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided. This role may be performed from the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA.

Applicants must reside in (or relocate to) one of these states prior to employment. State eligibility may change based on hiring needs.
