Role Snapshot

Lead a small accounting operations team at Penn Foster Group to optimize cash flow, enhance treasury functions, and drive process improvement through AI technology integration. This strategic, high-visibility position reports to the Controller and plays a key role in financial decision-making support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee treasury operations, manage daily liquidity and disbursements, monitor regulatory compliance, and leverage AI/RPA technologies to streamline processes. Manage corporate credit card programs, prepare financial reconciliations, and mentor a high-performing team while supporting ad hoc analysis.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in Dynamics 365 or NetSuite; strong analytical abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders in a hybrid environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with minimum 5 years in treasury or accounting functions including supervisory experience. CPA or public accounting experience preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $85K–$120K/yr
