Role Snapshot

Editorial Assistant at Wiley supports the editorial team in managing content and publication processes. The role contributes to delivering high-quality published materials within a collaborative, innovation-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and editorial support to the publishing team, including manuscript processing, content coordination, and communication with authors and internal stakeholders. Assist with editorial workflows, document management, and day-to-day operations to support timely publication.

Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with publishing software, word processing, and digital collaboration tools is essential.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in publishing, communications, English, or related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience in an editorial or publishing environment. Knowledge of publishing workflows and familiarity with academic or trade publishing is advantageous.

Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)
