Role Snapshot
Join Ascend Learning as a Nurse Practitioner Specialist to develop assessment items and create healthcare education content while supporting product development in a remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop assessment items and original content, maintain current products, respond to client inquiries, and train internal and external contributors on project requirements while meeting established deadlines.
Skills & Tools: Master's degree in nursing with current FNP certification (AANP or ANCC), proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, strong professional writing abilities, and knowledge of item writing and current advanced practice nursing.
Qualifications: Five years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner, one year of nursing faculty experience, current PRN clinical practice, and current APRN and/or RN license required.
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Compensation: $90K–$130K/yr
