A company is looking for an Operations Training Specialist, Contact Center. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience for assigned operations teams, including program design and delivery Design and facilitate ongoing training programs and maintain all training materials for assigned teams Evaluate training effectiveness and manage all program logistics independently Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management in a contact center or customer service environment Bachelor's degree Demonstrated ownership of training programs, from creation to implementation and improvement Strong project and time management skills Familiarity with knowledge management systems and learning management systems (LMS)
