Operations Training Specialist responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs for contact center operations teams. This role directly impacts new hire readiness and team performance through end-to-end program ownership.

Key Responsibilities: Own complete new hire onboarding experience including program design and delivery, design and facilitate ongoing training programs, and manage all training materials and logistics independently. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain learning systems.
Skills & Tools: Strong instructional design and training delivery capabilities with proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge management systems. Excellent project management, time management, and demonstrated ability to own training initiatives from conception through continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management in a contact center or customer service environment. Proven track record of designing, implementing, and improving training programs.
Location: In-Person - Aurora
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $52,000 – $68,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
