Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client training needs and presenting tailored instructional solutions
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for custom e-learning programs and training modules
- Design engaging instructional content using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) methodology to ensure effective learning outcomes
- Develop comprehensive curricula and course materials aligned with client goals and industry standards
- Manage projects from inception through delivery, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards using project management best practices
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms to upload SCORM-compliant content and track learner progress
- Incorporate learning technology tools like Adobe Captivate for interactive content creation and enhance learner engagement
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and gathering feedback to refine deliverables
Skills
- Strong expertise in instructional design principles, including curriculum development and adult education techniques
- Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar systems for content deployment and tracking
- Experience with SCORM standards for e-learning content packaging and delivery
- Skilled in using Adobe Captivate or comparable tools for multimedia content development
- Knowledge of learning technology trends and innovative training & development strategies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas, facilitate training sessions, and collaborate with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management methodologies
- Classroom experience or teaching background that informs practical instructional design approaches
- Exceptional writing skills for creating clear, engaging training materials and documentation
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
