Role Snapshot

Technical Support Specialist (Tier-2) at Leepfrog Technologies provides exceptional customer support for CourseLeaf academic operations software to ensure client satisfaction and successful product utilization across 85-115 assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries and troubleshoot software issues, maintain comprehensive knowledge of CourseLeaf modules and configurations, handle milestone processing and routine maintenance tasks, and act as liaison between clients and internal teams while documenting resolutions and updates.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and customer success orientation with effective communication abilities, technical proficiency in troubleshooting, and teamwork; preferred knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, or web CMS systems.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience with task management tools and knowledge of web technologies or CMS systems; proven ability to manage multiple clients and modules with independent judgment and discretion.
Location: Coralville, Iowa
Compensation: $45K–$60K/yr
