Summary
The Associate Director of Enterprise Applications will lead the transformation and optimization of Oberlin College's enterprise systems, including a new cloud-based ERP implementation, while managing IT Business Analysts and enhancing the digital experience for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize enterprise applications across student services, HR, finance, and admissions; oversee a team of IT Business Analysts; partner with campus departments to improve business processes, streamline workflows, and ensure secure, scalable system operations.
Skills & Tools: Experience managing enterprise applications and ERP systems, strong leadership and project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a focus on business process improvement and systems integration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise applications and ERP systems with demonstrated leadership skills.
Location: Hybrid in Oberlin, Ohio, United States
Compensation: $88,000/year
