Summary
Lead a campus-wide ERP modernization initiative at Oberlin College's Center for Information Technology, overseeing the planning, implementation, and support of a modern cloud-based ERP platform. This strategic leadership role shapes the future of enterprise systems at a premier liberal arts institution.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, implementation, and support of a cloud-based ERP platform while ensuring cohesive execution and collaboration across CIT staff and functional areas. Lead campus-wide change management initiatives and work closely with teams to ensure knowledge sharing and service excellence.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership in ERP migration and project management, with technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), application development, and iPaaS. Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and ability to lead through influence in collaborative environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field with 7+ years of progressive leadership in higher education IT. Direct experience leading and/or migrating ERP systems such as Ellucian Banner or Workday, plus demonstrated expertise in business process improvement and system integration.
Location: Hybrid in Oberlin, Ohio, United States
Compensation: $155,000/year
