Summary

Lead procurement and supply chain operations for Campus's student programs, managing vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, and logistics to optimize costs while enhancing student experience. This role reports to the Director of Student Experience and directly impacts the quality and efficiency of technology procurement and branded merchandise delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage vendor selection and contract negotiations, oversee logistics and inventory management, lead the e-commerce retail site, and monitor vendor performance against cost and service standards. Create standardized workflows, track procurement KPIs, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Student Experience teams to align procurement with business goals.

Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, data analysis, and operational efficiency with proficiency in spend analysis, demand forecasting, and process automation. Preference for experience in technology or education sectors.

Qualifications: 5+ years of procurement experience in relevant fields with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline. Track record of achieving cost savings and managing third-party logistics operations required.

Location: Hybrid in Tribeca, New York, United States (remote on Mondays and Fridays)

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year
