Role Snapshot
Curriculum Specialist for Secondary Education who will enhance and evolve CharacterStrong's curriculum through continuous improvement, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and representative of diverse student and educator populations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop new, inclusive curriculum content; facilitate in-person and virtual professional learning sessions; conduct cross-departmental curriculum and professional development audits; collaborate with teams to leverage AI and technology tools for customized learning experiences.
Skills & Tools: Experience in curriculum development, strong communication skills, proficiency in technology and AI tools for education, expertise in secondary education and social-emotional learning, evidence-based instructional knowledge.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in secondary education curriculum development and professional development facilitation; preferred fluency in French or Spanish and prior experience with CharacterStrong curriculum.
Location: Lake Tapps, Washington
Compensation: $70K–$85K/yr
