Trafera seeks a detail-oriented Computer Repair Technician to diagnose and repair electronic devices for education and government sectors while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair defective devices by examining components, determine needed parts, document repairs accurately, install components like motherboards and screens, and collaborate with team members to meet performance standards and quality KPIs.
Skills & Tools: Strong problem-solving capabilities, effective verbal and written communication, self-directed work style, proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel), and ability to efficiently manage time and achieve quality repairs.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with at least one year of progressive experience in computer or electronic device repair.
Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota
Compensation: $20–$22/hr
