THE ROLE:
We are looking for a planner and organizer to join our corporate marketing team to help take our brand to the next level. This program manager role will require a tenacious detail-oriented planner who can wrangle creative minds into delivering projects on-time and on budget. This person is a problem solver, who likes challenges and most importantly offering creative solutions to deliver consistent project outcomes.
This is a full-time, exempt position and reports to the Sr. Brand Manager at the SEMI HQ Milpitas office.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and a strong attention to detail
- Ensure that internal teams and agency partners have ample notice of creative requirements for project completion and equip them with materials/assets necessary for success
- Manage project timelines with the internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Experience with and even comfortable working in ambiguity, building thoughtful strategies and approaches
- Determine where additional cross-functional resources are needed and use collaboration skills to deliver results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across layered teams
- Work closely with teams such as product marketing, regional marketing, comms, product development, and sales to ensure alignment and integration of the brand identity into all aspects of the business
- Strong presentation skills to facilitate team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps to ensure clarity and progress to goal

- You will align project team needs to clear objectives and coordinate internal resources to get the job done
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills
- Drive the brand process forward to ensure adherence to repeatable, quality processes and deliverables
- Build and foster relationships, demonstrating an ability to influence global teams to deliver successful projects

- Confident communicator – convey messages clearly and effectively

- Creativity and ability to lead projects independently and with collaboration from stakeholders
- Great problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing multiple creative agencies and design partners
- Program Management in a design department, ad space or corporate branding is a plus
- Consistent track record of prioritizing workload, handling multiple assignments simultaneously, and meeting deliverables under tight deadlines
- Experience managing multiple calendars across various time zones; Ability to anticipate needs and changes, navigate ambiguity, and make decisions with independent and sound judgment
- Passionate and self-motivated, with outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through
FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:
- B.S./B.A. or advanced degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields
- 6+ years of experience in program management and project coordination in support of a brand, marketing or UX design function.
- Ideally experience in the semiconductor and or hardware industry
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excels working in a global organization with diverse geographies/regions and cultures.
