Role Snapshot
Temporary Human Resources Coordinator providing full-cycle HR support and employee relations assistance for a 5-6 month engagement at Elevo Learning. This hands-on role is critical to executing people initiatives and driving HR functional excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues, conduct and document investigations, manage leave of absence requests, and coordinate workplace accommodations. Additional responsibilities include handling unemployment claims, workers' compensation matters, payroll discrepancies, and assisting with onboarding and HR reporting.
Skills & Tools: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in HRIS programs, working knowledge of HR practices and employee relations, and experience with Microsoft Office or Google programs preferred.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience required. HR certification is a plus.
Location: San Diego, California
Compensation: $22β$27/hr
