Lead and scale Panorama Education's talent acquisition function as a strategic, hands-on Head of TA, owning hiring strategy and execution across the organization while building and developing a high-performing recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end TA strategy, lead and coach the TA team, partner with senior leadership on hiring plans and organizational design, oversee full-cycle recruiting for key roles, and build scalable recruiting processes and systems. Additionally, establish recruiting metrics, elevate candidate experience, develop employer branding strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration with People Ops and DEI teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong people leadership with team development experience, data-driven mindset with expertise in recruiting metrics and analytics, full-cycle recruiting expertise (both strategic and hands-on), and demonstrated ability to build and optimize recruiting processes and systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, and passion for creating inclusive candidate experiences.
Qualifications: 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 4 years leading and managing TA teams or functions, plus proven track record of owning and scaling recruiting strategy in growing organizations. Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions across all organizational levels.

Compensation: $150K–$220K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruiting function. This leader will own hiring strategy and execution across the organization, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent aligned with Panorama’s mission and values.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, lead and develop a high-performing TA team, and continuously improve recruiting processes, systems, and candidate experience. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive Panorama’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all functions and levels
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
  • Partner with executive and functional leaders on hiring plans, headcount forecasting, and organizational design
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for key and/or senior roles as needed
  • Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and quality of hire
  • Establish and track key recruiting metrics, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance
  • Elevate the candidate experience to reflect Panorama’s mission and values at every touchpoint
  • Develop and strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Ensure equitable, inclusive, and consistent hiring practices across the organization
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, DEI, and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years leading and managing TA teams or functions
  • Proven experience owning and scaling recruiting strategy in a growing organization
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions at all levels
  • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including both strategic and hands-on execution
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and improve recruiting processes, systems, and workflows
  • Passion for creating an excellent, inclusive candidate experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
