Role Snapshot
Desktop Support Engineer providing tier one through three technical support for end-users at Ascend Learning's NASM office in Gilbert, AZ. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and network issues while maintaining service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users across Windows and Apple systems, create and manage Active Directory accounts, perform desktop hardware repairs, and assist with IT projects including system migrations and endpoint security initiatives. Provide phone and remote support, coordinate vendor maintenance agreements, and contribute to FAQ documentation.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, experience with deskside and phone support, excellent verbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with Active Directory account management. Ability to diagnose network, printer, email, and hardware problems across tier one through three levels.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in computer-related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in technical support; certifications such as MCP are preferred.

Compensation: $50Kβ$75K/yr
