Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, Workday or similar HRIS systems expertise, excellent communication abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner with expertise in Workday or other tier-1 HRIS systems, plus a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Location: United States

Compensation: $160K–$170K/yr
