Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families in the Aurora and Elgin area. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.

The Aurora and Elgin communities have significant Spanish-speaking populations, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care in our partner school districts is urgent. If you're bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth — this role was built for you.

The Work

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Illinois school districts. Collaborate with school counselors, support families with psychoeducation, and participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations.

What You Need

  • Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families
  • Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

Preferred

  • CBT, DBT, or related modality experience
  • School or youth clinical background
  • Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$40$50 USD
