Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) to drive growth through strategic analysis, forecasting, and performance insights in collaboration with Sales Leadership and RevOps. This highly visible role focuses on translating detailed financial data into actionable strategic perspectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for revenue and headcount; analyze sales performance and GTM metrics to identify growth opportunities; own and enhance performance dashboards and reporting frameworks; provide financial guidance on deal evaluation and resource allocation.
Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with complex modeling capabilities; proficient in SQL and data analytics; strong project management and ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders; excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Qualifications: 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or strategic finance with at least 2+ years covering sales; Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $137K–$188K/yr
