The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) manager to help drive growth through strong forecasting, pipeline analysis, and the ability to translate detailed performance insights into clear, strategic perspectives. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to support GTM execution, improve visibility into performance, and ensure resources are invested effectively. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on curiosity, problem-solving, and making an impact through collaboration with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner as a trusted financial advisor to Sales leaders, providing actionable insights into performance and guiding strategic decisions.
  • Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses to support business objectives.
  • Drive coordinated headcount and resource planning to ensure alignment with growth targets and operational priorities.
  • Analyze sales performance and GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, rep productivity, CAC, LTV) to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Own and enhance performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and executive decision‑making.
  • Support deal evaluation and financial guidance on pricing, deal structure, and profitability to align with strategic priorities.
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis and execution for finance and business leadership, focused on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, or related fields, including 2+ years covering sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; can maintain complex spreadsheets, comfortable with different modeling techniques and shortcuts.
  • Proficient in SQL and analytics, with the ability to synthesize large, imperfect datasets into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Deep experience in financial planning, forecasting, and driving insights through data-driven analysis
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key partners
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to frequently changing situations
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
