Role Snapshot
The Collegiate Host welcomes and assists elected officials and special guests during the National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, ensuring a positive experience while supporting advocacy and agricultural education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tours of convention facilities, explain competitive events, welcome dignitaries, and support the Advocacy, Literacy, and Ag-Based Experiences team with various convention programming from Monday through Friday.
Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication, leadership abilities, customer service orientation, time management, problem-solving, confidence in public speaking, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; FFA experience required; some college or work/internship experience in the agricultural industry preferred, with state FFA officer experience a plus.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $15–$25/hr
