Role Snapshot
Lead design for Coda's enterprise admin experiences as a Staff Product Designer, shaping how major companies manage and scale the platform. This role offers significant impact as admin and enterprise features represent over half of Coda's revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end design of Coda Admin and Enterprise features, partner directly with major customers to shape features, and influence design strategy across account management and workspace organization. Experiment rapidly, iterate on complex workflows, and mentor fellow designers while contributing to design culture.
Skills & Tools: 7+ years of product design experience with expertise in admin, billing, or account management systems; strong ability to create new design patterns and solve complex problems. Self-starter with excellent project management, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
Qualifications: Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex problems and shipped products users love; proven track record designing scalable enterprise systems. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong self-direction and strategic thinking.
Location: New York City, New York
Compensation: $250K–$305K/yr
