Role Snapshot

Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple centers' financial performance and operational success through collaboration with Center Directors and regional leadership, while regularly traveling to assigned locations. Drive staff development, execute company initiatives, and lead center teams to achieve financial goals and maintain productive learning environments.
Skills & Tools: Strong management and leadership abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, multi-unit management experience, sales proficiency, staff development expertise, and ability to foster productive learning environments while serving as a subject matter expert in college counseling.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher required with 2-5 years of multi-unit management experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia
Compensation: $78K–$85K/yr
